How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually ship within 2 business days, and transit time is usually 1-3 business days inside the U.S. 3-5 business is what it usually takes total from the time of ordering.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Really sorry about that. Although it's very uncommon, accidents do happen. Please e-mail us a photograph showing the damage at support@jacella.com, and we'll make it right for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may be able to if you e-mail us quickly. If your order has already shipped, then it's too late to modify it. We will try to accommodate you as best possible.
What's your return policy?
We know that you will love what you ordered, but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly take it back within 60 days from the original shipping date. It must be in good condition and not damaged unless it's defective upon receiving.
